Working on an article for The Early Ford Registry and came across this 1909 info.
Neat!
To others. Did you know that in earlier trade journals, "motorcycle" referred to what later became known as "automobile"?
Thank you, Rob H!
Drive carefully, and enjoy, W2
Using my superior Microsoft Office technology I was able to clean up the image somewhat. Rob if you can email me a better scan I will post better pictures.
Royce,
Not sure I'm able to send your "superior" self a better scan.

Here is another scan for your work.
This was the first print words for the introduction of the new Model T, at the New York, 9th annual Grand Central Place Auto Show, Dec or early Jan 1909. You can get the dates with an old calendar search, the The Horseless Age issue is dated Jan. 6, and the copy notes the show opened "Thursday afternoon last".
Here is the paragraph on the new Ford's being shown.
this scan in grayscale.
And lastly, the first print adv by Ford on the Model T, Oct 3, 1908 Saturday Evening Post.
