My first attempt editing a video using free app Splice. Not great, but I add sound part way through the video.

The Magnificent Seven is appropriate music for that car, but the director employed the same technique Hitchcock used in Rope. That sure is a neat car. The manifold clamps look a lot like T. Are they the same?
The Magnificent Seven theme plays for the Magnificent-6. I like it!

It's too bad that you can't find a way to enjoy your K.
If only it were possible to drive it as opposed to operate it.......you might find it more to your liking.
Cheers,
Timothy
Rob,
I think I have worked out what I really love about having followed the threads on your K.
All other pre-T's I have ever seen have been stationary and silent, sitting in museums.
But being able to follow the story of your K from purchase, to getting it home, through the restoration, and now through to that video (where you have to get out and make some adjustments, just like real people do,) which is the next best thing to going with you for a ride down the road in the final product, is amazing.
Thanks mate.
Regards,
Bede
Rob, I'm impressed by many things about you and your cars. One of the lower-key things that's impressive is that you drive them on a dirt road. (OK, so maybe you LIVE on a dirt road and have no choice!) But quite a few people in the HCCA, who drive much more mundane brass cars, avoid dirt. Personally, I love the stuff.
The other day I had my one-lung Cadillac at a show with a lot of modern vroomy sports cars. One guy with a 'Vette came by and challenged me to a road race. I said: "You're on. I pick the road." He walked away without another word.

Hey, Rob -- The video was fun to watch, almost like being there with you. Thanks for sharing.
very impressive car, congrats!
As this is off topic anyway here is a time waster video from your friendly webmaster!

... or Ghostbusters if that is more your cup of tea!
Rob, That was wonderful. I am going to have to learn how to do that and hope I am not to old to learn. That was very well done for a first attempt. Your Model K is simply a beautiful car and your film shows it off very well. Congratulations.
Rob, I think you need to hire a full time videographer to your staff !!!
I showed my wife the Auction poster to Schuchardts in Spearfish SD and she wants to go!! Even after I surprised her with the 1907 R.
Have some R questions I will send you offline.
Thanks guys. I 'm learning as I go (about videos and cars ).
Truly the magnificent "07". Not sure if everyone got the connection. Always a pleasure to view your vids. Maybe I was sleeping, but did I miss the crank start? ;-)
Thanks Rob,
Ain't nothin like driving on a Nebraska County Road, whether it be 20 mph or 90 mph.
That is really something.
Rob,
Did you put any seals in the tappet guides to stop oil from leaking out into the open valve compartment and down the side of the engine?
Gil, yes we must drive on gravel some. It is a half mile to oil top. We live about two miles from town, about the right distance for running to town with one hundred year old cars.
Frank, it was a bit difficult to do the video by myself. I'm holding the iPhone (camera) in one hand and driving, running spark/throttle and shifting with the right hand. Also, the K is much more of a handful to drive than the N or Ts.
The good thing is I was able to add music, text titles and edit with the same phone, then upload directly to You Tube.
Robbie, no, no special seals (and it shows). Same with the N and 09 T. The engines on those cars will not rust .
Chris, haven't seen an email yet.
