If anybody would have a exploded view of a Klaxton horn that would help when I get mine in the mail in a couple days.

The plunger does not return to starting position. I do not have it in my dirty little hands, so I am not able to look at it and see if it would be easy to figure out.

One point of note, "The problem is, the gear housing is made of potmetal which swells and cracks with age. If you are lucky you can find another gear housing, or jb weld the one you have if not too bad depending on what is binding with the toothed arm."

I seem to have a different model then above, the plunger on the plunger side is rivitied. the other side is folded sheet metal. There must be a spring in the sheet metal side?

Best to post a picture as there are some differences,depending on manufacture. Usually return spring is in the hollow center of plunger rod.
