Everything from a 36 rat rod to a 1912 touring were driven.
There was a county fair parade and a church picnic. I only took pictures in our front yard.

Hey willie, the TT truck is for your son right, doesn't it have air conditioning? I'd like hear more about that sometimes.
Dexter, yes, my son Jeff put that TT rig together. He got a little carried away under the hood and installed an air conditioning system and also a (bite my tongue) chevy OHV head. It will do 50+ pulling the trailer on a flat highway.
The trailer was found north of San Antonio with the wheels and the long runners of the bed in place. (no floor boards) IT has a tag that says "Martin Wagon Company". That company later became Lufkin Trailer which I believe still is in business today.
No offense, but the '36 looks more like "roach coach" than "rat rod" even though the exact difference is unclear.
A roach coach is a "Food Truck"
I was about to make a similar comment Chuck about the 36. Looks more like a clapped out 4door. Not that that's a bad thing. I wouldn't toss it out with the bath water.
I love all those cars especially that one.
I think the term "Rat Rod" applies to a car that runs good but looks bad (unrestored on the outside)
This 36 has a later flat head V8 engine and mechanically runs good. This is also my sons project.
They get it out occasionally and have fun with it and I guess that is what old cars are all about.
