Go to bluefive.pair.com. Scroll down to Freeware, and look for Pix Resizer. Download it (free) and let it put an icon on your desktop.

Presumably you have the picture saved somewhere on your computer.

Open the Pix Resixer. It's very easy to use. You simply tell it where the picture is saved, then tell it to open it and resize it to 600 x 450 (one of the options given) and in Jpeg format (also one of the options) then tell it where to save it (I put it on my desktop).

Then you create your message in the Forum, and at the bottom click the button called "Upload Attachment." Tell it where to look (desktop, etc.) and choose the picture from the list displayed. Then you can add others. Then post your message and Presto!!

The good thing about this particular resizer is that it's very easy to use, and almost leads you by the hand through the process.

Good luck!

you can re-size any picture with a program already installed in Windows called PAINT.

Right click on the photo, choose open with, and then pick Paint. Then you can change the picture by percentage or by pixels.

Good luck...
