Does anyone know how to raise ,engine no or chassis no.
Ihave heard it can be found with chemicles.
It is very faint and cant read it.

Just for laughs Charles lay on a thin coat of perhaps white paint and use a sanding block to remove it after the paint dries. Enough might stay in the #'s to make it readable.

If your number is very faint, maybe just an enhanced HIGH QUALITY photograph under the right light would be the easiest.

I've used white out for such things in the past. It's easy to apply and remove when you're done.

Put a piece of paper over it and rub the side of a pencil. It will trace the number on the paper.
