Last fall someone posted a good post about making a mouse trap with a 5 gal. bucket, a can with a wire thru it and some antifreeze in the bucket. Can someone repost it ? My search is doing funny things tonight and does not want to find it!! Thanks....Chip

At the risk of sounding to "negative", that mouse trap sounds like someone had to much time on their hands. Maybe cabin fever???

On the farm it's always good to have cats and lots of black snakes.

Steve, Are the black snakes to whip the cats into shape?

In answer to Mr. Cordes, Teresa and I have a similar ice cream bucket mouse trap in our "cabin" in the Black Hills. The local mouse has been able to detonate the spring trap and eat the PB. The bucket and can work well while we are away and are self arming.
