I went with some friends a couple of years ago. I do remember spending the night in a Walmart parking lot the night before. I cant remember where the RV lot was. Also does anyone know when we are allowed to get into the RV park and this years prices.
Are you looking for "High Meadows Campground" its a couple miles down the Highway.
High meadows is a campground and I would believe they are booked at this time. If you are thinking of the rv parking lot across the road from chocolate field, I would think, but don't know for sure, they would be opened on Tuesday. You pay by the day and last year I think it was $40. per day.
Yes, it was the camp ground accross from Chocolate field. I would be coming in from NJ. Is there a address I can plug into my GPS?
If no one else chimes in with an address you can dial in or find Hershey Park on the GPS. Believe me you'll find it as you approach the park.
100 Hershey Park Drive. Hershey, PA

If you get anywhere close to C4F-19-22 stop by and say hello. Dick
I've clicked on the link above and called the numbers, but, can't seem to find the right person! I'm thinking of going, but, if I can't park close enough with my motorhome and trailer(70ft long) to ride my golf cart in and out every day, I'll have to bring my golfcart in my truck and get a motel somewhere. I've never been there before, but, I understand (from the forum) I can get in and around with a golfcart with my handicap placard--is that correct?
Mike
As for your personal electric only golf cart, you can use that if registered at the entrance gates. Go to this link and read about registering for handicap use.

Thanks Dan. I saw that "ample RV parking is available north of Hersheypark Drive". Has anyone here on the Forum ever been there? Any hookups are a plus, but, I can get by with nothing but space. I'd like to take my golf cart in my big trailer in case another T wants to come home with me. If I take my 6x12 golf cart trailer all I can get is parts!
Dry camping only also "NO PRIVATE GOLF CARTS ALLOWED" you have to rent them from Hershey and you must be Handicapped and prove it!
Thanks Robert. I saw on the website to "call Scooterbug for info". I'll call them in the morning and check prices, etc. How does the amount of T stuff at Hershey compare to Chicksha?
I just got off the phone with Scooterbug, and they told me all their scooters and carts were booked, but, as people turn them in more will be available. Private ELECTRIC ONLY golf carts ARE allowed if you have the appropriate state issued handicapped credentials.
