From here it looks like Dad, Mum in the car and the 2 boys.
The one in front has just started the new fangled car [or is about to].
Mum is ready for a ride around the block but Dad is happy where he is.
I can't see any glass in the windscreen [or is it really clean]???

A great picture of, as David stated, a 1915 Victorian Tarrant Roadster. There are no known restored surviving examples of this style of car.
Warwick.

Wow. no known examples..Warwick, if it didn't get me arrested, it almost makes me want to fly to Australia and start peeking in peoples old barns shops and garages...grin..

I am fairly sure Warren is correct. The nearest I know of is a 1914 roadster or a 1916 tourer, both photos attached...
