It's a Model T Ford Coupe probably somewhere around 1924

It may need a little work. Check the air in the tires, check all fluid levels and give her a crank...ran when parked.

My '24 roadster doesn't have the cowl vent. Is it an 'improved' model? '25-7?

On the 24/25 coupe's it's a true cowl vent, the tank is under the seat.

Front mudguards (ok, fenders) don't have the front skirt typical of a 24. Bonnet ;-) looks a bit short, probably off a 23 or earlier.

I don't think the vent is on a 23 and earlier is it? The fenders could be wrong. And it appears the hood is wrong.

Can anybody tell how wide a '24 coupe door is at the window frame?

$400.00 sounds like a good price. Put a battery in it and fire it up. A couple new tires and wheels, a little bit of a buffing and she's ready for the show. You might want to clean the mouse turds off the seat too.

Cliff, a 24-25 coupe door is 24 1/8 inches wide at the window bead to bead (outside). I assume a Fordor is the same. A Tudor is 28 15/16 bead to bead (outside).
