I was going through some old photos the other day of the Rockford chapter Model T Ford club
all the members were wearing the striped coats and striped hats, pretty cool and a lot of the cars had the radiator style flag holders on them, se bringing back time I am having the painted style flag holders with new 48 star flags made, hope to have them in stock before Christmas, when I get the sample I will post pictures, also some of the photos I will try to post, Bob
Hawaii and Alaska were admitted post Model T, but 2 states were added in 1912.
Would it not depend on the year of your car whether you carry a 46 or 48 star flag? Just wondering.
Everyone I talked to said they would like to see 48 star, thats why I went that way, Bob

I didn't know that our current 50 star flag was designed by a high school kid.
Bob Heft, the "official" designer of the 50 star flag was the mayor where I'm from. He was one of many that submitted that design, but he was picked as the one to be recognized as the designer. He passed away a couple years ago.
Cool!!
(Cool that you knew him, not cool that he passed.)
I need two 48 star flags. My flag holder has one broken and one dirty flag.
