Today I am 80, doing plumbing, and getting the battery warranty evaluated on our Dodge Diesel truck that has two batteries. Also doing extensive plumbing. Plumbers wanted $2600 to do the job and I am doing it for about $90 worth of parts. Will take Mary on a nice vacation with the money we save. You must buy yourself a gift when you do something to save money or you will be all work and no play. They call it sweat equity and I am guilty of it.
I am blessed to have had a successful back and neck operation and am able to do physical things for myself. The only issue is that things at both houses are so badly worn and need attention that I don't have time to work on our three Model T's or play with our steamboat.
Fast Frank
Happy Birthday Frank. I just turned 70 Sept 5 . It is good you can still fix your own stuff. Keeps you active, although I find one must play at least 60% of the time. Mary's next husband can fix all the other stuff.
Happy Birthday, Frank!
Well HAPPY BIRTHDAY . It was a pleasure to meet you at the LB Swapmeet.
