Jolene's family Model T has been stolen & we are requesting all in the antique car world to keep your eyes open.

Her post is: - "While in Kiln, I brought one of my wrestling brothers to see the antique cars at mom's house. When I got there, the barn was open. It always stays locked, so I ran. As soon as I got inside, I noticed that my 1923 Model T was missing. You could see the tracks where it was maneuvered out. We have dealt with the police, but I ask that all of my friends keep a lookout. My dad and I built the car from parts when I was little. I started driving it at age 4, & drove it for dad's funeral. This is the car that I have tattooed on my back. This car is the single worldly possession that means the most to me. If anyone comes across it, please contact me immediately! Even though Henry Ford said that you could have any color, as long as it was black; my dad was different. Chitty was turquoise with black fenders & cream colored wire wheels" Please call police if you see any thing and ask them to call Mississippi police.

In case you do not know where Kiln, MS. west of Biloxi, MS.

Ray Harper

A photo would be very good. Or at least a good description in including the body style.

Do you have a range of dates that it was takes?

Jim

How about some numbers? Engine, Frame - need more distinguishing information, please.
Thanks,
Dave

I put this on here on behalf of Ray and emailed him to put more details on here as well.

The biggest distinguishing feature is that it is painted Turquoise per the info Ray sent me.

I hope it can be found.that color, even if a quick repaint is done, can be seen easy where ever it is missed because few T's are that color.
I hope she has a engine serial number to help in id'ing it as well.

It is the home town of Brett Favre, not that he would ever have a use for a Model T. Just Wrangler jeans. :-)

I wish you the best in your search for your car.

I would suggest posting the announcement on the HAMB forum. The folks over there hate car thieves as much as everyone else.
