Looks like some heavy duty application!
What's the overall diameter and width at the tire ... and maybe center of bolt hole to center of opposite bolt hole measurement?

(no .. I still won't know .. just curious!)
Dennis

Hard to tell with just the one photo, but they (it) could be from an ancient railroad motor car (speeder) if they are around 16" dia.

Pierce Arrow, and a few others, used wheels very much like that around 1930 to '32. Pierce arrow used them clear up until the end of auto production in '37. Automobile Quarterly, volume 28, number 4, 1990, has many pictures of cars with wheels like these on pages 87 to 101. They do also show cars with wire wheels. I cannot say for certain that they are Pierce Arrow, Auburn, Marmon, and others did use similar wheels.
Drive carefully, and enjoy, W2

Some Chrysler products used that sort of wheel in the late 20's early 30's.

Early 30's Buick had that style of wheel too.
