Does anyone have a picture of the cardboard like cover for the back of the springs for the seat back in a 25 coupe? I understand it is an embossed material.

Here you go. It's not really cardboard, it's more like a heavy embossed paper. If anyone knows where to get anything like this, let me know.

Thank you Dave. Kind of ugly stuff isn't it? It does resemble Cobra Long Grain top material as far as texture from what I see in catalogs. I'd like to know where to get the real thing also.

Dave, my '25 coupe has a stiff cardboard type material for the back cover. It looks much like the cover that goes over the gas tank. It looks to be original, but who knows. Dave

I've used the non-waxed door panel board. It's available at most auto upholstery suppliers and comes in 3'x 5' sheets. It's a heavy cardboard about 1/8" thick and is black on both sides.

Or use heavy Kraft paper, wet it and roll your own wrinkles into it. :-)

Dave,

Can you post a photo of the back of your seat back showing the cardboard.

Thanks,
Dave S.

Dave S, sorry, but I don't have a way to post a picture now. I'll try to get some taken soon. Dave
