Some of you aware that I'm spending approximately forever rebuilding my roof. It's a long job because rot and termite damage require rebuilding some of the walls along with the roof. Today I was removing old boards from a wall and found some newspapers inside. Eighty-year-old newsprint tends to fall apart in your hands, but I was able to keep this 1928 ad together long enough to take a picture of it. The car isn't a Ford, but how about that plane?

Could be a Stinson, or a Fokker. They both had tri-motored planes also.

I've flown in a 1929 Tri-Motor Ford.

That was an experience. It follows every 'bump' in the sky, just like my 'Lizzie' does on the road. :-)
