Pictured are a valve spring compressor made by VLCEK, says Patented, Cleaveland. To me it is unusual due to the way it is made. Also there is a siren made byFederal Electric Company, Inc. Made by an electric company and is hand crank and works. Anyone know anything about them? I know it is over 40 years old. The last is a spare tire carrier and I believe it will hold 2 21 inch rims. Has a screw down tightener and is supposed to key lock. The mounts are 1/2 round where they attach. Anyone know what it may be off of. Next question, what are the values on these things?
I have run into lots of things I did not know I had while having this parts sale. Will still have it tomorrow Oct 6th.
Is a 1915 block of any value? It looks very rusted , the crank is still in it. Also a 17 engine that has had the timing cover broken and the small transmission cover off but everything is fully assembled. Stuck but just as I got it. Good to someone as parts or just as salvage. I have about 35 fenders I need to get rid of, a 20 pickup and a 24 touring and a lot transmission and rear end parts,a ruxtell and 2 ruxtell housings, and other parts. I cannot move them all when we leave. It would be nice if someone was crazy like I am and make an offer on the works like I have in the past. Thanks, Dennis
I may have goofed on an upload but will post and see.

Your VLEK should be VLCHEK and the following link should be of help.

Keep trying on those photos . . .

A true '15 block should be worth a couple hundred at least if it is in good condition. Nice ones have sold as high as $500. The '17? Not so much. I would give about $50 to maybe $75 for a mostly complete '17 engine in questionable/fair condition, if it were closer to me. The cost of gas or shipping is a killer. You are not all that far from me, I wish you were about a hundred or more miles closer. I couldn't offer enough to be worth the whole lot, but would consider something for the final leftovers. And I would probably give a good price for a few individual pieces for my '15.
Good luck with the sale, and the rest of your move. The left coast will miss you.
Drive carefully, and enjoy, W2

Would love to see the pix... too bad I can't get up there today; I'd love to see your goodies... If you end up not selling the pickup please PM me - don't know what we can work out, but I miss my '20, and would love to have a lighter car than the touring. ;)
