I swear, I can begin most of my threads, "how the heck...." This time, how the heck do you get on the rear axle shaft roller bearing sleeve?
I am trying to squeeze it with wood clamps but it cannot close it quite enough. I'll keep trying, until then, thanks for your help.

The easiest way is to put a hose clamp around the sleeve and then tap it into the axle with a block of wood.

By the time a fellow (oops, ladies too) has repaired a Model T from front axle to rear axle ... they'd just about have their own hardware store in the garage now!
