Dane,

Another 1913 Model. I thought it might be the same as the other one you posted -- but this one has a accessory klaxon horn on the AU driver's side and the other did not appear to have that horn. Of course the horn could have been added later and the second photo was then taken? If they are from the same area -- that might be a possibility. Ref the other posting: http://www.mtfca.com/discus/messages/257047/316321.html?1349863735

Again thank you for sharing them.

Respectfully submitted,

Hap, I think it's a 1914. The door sill is too high for a '13.

1914 - curved doors and rear folding windscreen.

Thanks Hap and others. Got an e-mail back after my last one to the library saying that the person concerned was on leave for a while, so I'll send information when they get back.

Derek and David -- yes, after looking again more closely I also see that the doors are curved and do not go all the way down. Thanks for catching that. None of us can be as accurate as all of us working together. Thank you both!

Dane -- thanks for checking with the library.

Respectfully submitted,

This Ford was Registered No. 11293 in N.S.W. to Colin Kingsmead Cadell (1897-1957) who took over Deepwater Station in the Highlands of Northern N.S.W. from his father William Thomas Cadell in 1915 .
Strachan was a nearby grazing district , and Deepwater got the northern railway line from Sydney in 1885 , subsequently becoming a town which in recent years sits on the New England Highway to Queensland , with a huge overbridge bristling with speed and heavy transport cameras . Deepwater Station still exists .
Victor Bloxsome - descendant of Oswald Bloxsome of Rangers Valley near Deepwater.

Thanks Victor. Apart from that being interesting information, should the car still exist it would be invaluable history for the current owner.
