I just noticed these three valve guides are cast out of place, is this known situation? the valve are straight and touch the lifter at about 90%, this is a NOS block that was still standard bore , the guides had never been reamed as we had to ream them to fit standard valves, there is no Ford name anywhere on this block, could this be an aftermarket block?I pulled the engine for some other issues and noticed this when i turned it upside down.Just curious.

That is typical. The center of the hole is what matters. Your block appears to be a 22 - 27, those don't have Ford on them, at least not the ones I've seen.
I can't imagine there would be any reason for an aftermarket block given how many Model T's were built. You could have had any number of free or nearly free blocks just by agreeing to haul them out of the local dump in the 1920's - 1950's.
There were at least one manufacturer of replacement blocks during the 20's - but Rick's engine is not likely one of them, since the IPCO blocks had very obvious markings - see this thread: http://www.mtfca.com/discus/messages/80257/86454.html?1238613617
