A friend bought two Rear Wheel Rims at Hershey for his 1926 TT truck and neither one appears to be usable.
This one is the correct 23 inch size, but only fits a Firestone wheel.
This one appears to be missing the latch assembly and the correct type is unknown.
Can anyone identify what each rim fits and if either is a correct TT rim?
Upper picture is indeed a Firestone rim. Type E and did not come on TT trucks.
Lower is Kelsey and did come on those 1920-1924 TT trucks equipped with Kelsey wheels. The ends did not bolt or latch together but just nested, it may be complete unless the hidden tab is broken.
Most 1926 TT trucks came with 20" Firestone rims.
Layden is correct on the bottom picture. Dave
Which wheels does he actually have? I have a pr of 23 in Hayes rims w/the lugs attached and they are a split tim, like the 21 in fronts., only have one wheel presently. Have 600 x 20 in rear rims, and rear 20 in TT rear wheels, that need rewooded danuser88@ktis.net
shameless plug, but we have a real nice TT split rim on ebay right now....
Tim where on ebay, just went thru about 70 plus pages, no TT rear rims at all
John,
I believe you want to see the one at: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ford-Model-T-TT-Rear-Wheel-Rim-sandblasted-very-nice-con dition-one-ton-truck-/271082554190?pt=Vintage_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=i tem3f1dc7834e
It is listed as 4 3/4 wide and about 25 inches in diameter. I'm not sure what the diameter for the different TT wheels were. Hopefully someone will confirm that is one of the styles used by Ford or post a correction.

Thanks Tim and Hap!
