I have one. Can't remember where I got it.
I used to have one like that. It's a tie tack which was available (I think) from the MTFCA back in the early 70's. I had a T then and was an MTFCA member, so I can't think of anywhere else it might have come from.
A year or 2 ago i removed the stud from the back of it and JB-Welded it to an old brass money clip, since I seldom wear a tie anymore. Recently I dropped the clip and the Ford emblem came off, then I lost it. Bummer.
Someone was reproducing those pins about 20 years ago.
The metal was silver colored instead of brass colored on the repros.
It's certainly a neat piece, I would own one if I could find one for sale. I've also seen D. T. & I. (Ford owned railroad in the late 20s) tie tacks that I suspect are from the same era of production as the Ford tack.
Stuff like this is getting age on it now, and the rookie Ford memorabilia collector could wind up paying big money for something that is worth a nominal amount of money.
