Looks like a '25 Touring.
with a double bladed front bumper.
I clicked on the link and read the story. I have been there. I heard many first hand stories similar both here and in the Phillipines.
I have heard stories about loading TT trucks in the hot sun all day that were confiscated by the japanese Army to supply their troops.
I did see a Ford A roadster in a Manilla suburb when I was there in '78.
Larry,
Bottom line up front: I would agree 1925. And if all the parts that are visible are original to the car (obviously not the bumpers) I would think late 1925.
Additional details:
Photo taken in the Philippines and LHD Model T. Assume a USA supplied car – or at least USA supplied parts -- rationale – not listed on the Canadian export list pages 68-72 in Robert’s “In the Shadow of Detroit.” [Suggested good read on Ford of Canada and fair read for adding details about the Canadian produce Fords. It has the balloon tires. From: http://mtfca.com/encyclo/1925.htm 21” balloon tires and wheels were available as an option.
It has the equal length door hinges which would eliminate an early to mid 1924 even if the wheels and top had been replaced. See: the posting “ Approximately When did Ford introduce the equal length door hinges that are commonly found on the 1925 touring and roadsters?” at: http://www.mtfca.com/discus/messages/80257/114100.html
It has the single rectangular rear window in the top rather than the two smaller rectangular windows ref: http://mtfca.com/encyclo/S-T.htm#top 1923-1925 Later 1925 tops had one rear window, as in the 1926-27 models.
Respectfully submitted,

i'm surprised no one picked apart and commented on the tire size and rims!,LOL!
David,
The 21-inch wheels and balloon tires were optional in '25. Nothing unusual about them.
