Anyone know what this may fit? I have nothing to offer other than the photo.
I don't know what kind of wheel that is, but that split ring on the side of the rim is a killer. Don't put any part of your body on that side of the wheel when you inflate the tire. There have actually been serious injuries or death caused by that type of split ring coming off under pressure.

Guessing a little on the rim size but it may be 19", if so this wheel was offered by Wire wheel Corp ( the maker of Buffalo wire wheels) as a House brand wheel aftermarket for 1926 Whippet and probably others. Model T guys know it as a #3 Buffalo and you see them often on speedsters.
Another source shows also:
1927-29 Whippet
1929 Pontiac
Thanks Layden. If anyone would know you would. What would be a good asking price for this wheel and tire if it is a #3 Buffalo?
If it has the hub and hub cap it could be worth $800 but the tire would have to match the buyers car so it would not add much. A set of five is usually $4000 with hubs and caps but no tires. I have a set of five complete even with the spare wheel mount and have the set for sale at $4000.
I always thought that Houk and House were related and not Buffalo. House and Houk have five locating pins and not the tapered teeth like the one shown has. I believe that it is a Buffalo, but the hub cap is wrong.
Thanks for the additional info Fast Frank! I also thought it looked similar to the Buffalo. So, if I had a chance to purchase it, what is a fair price?
