I started working on my pedals today and the ford clutch pedal support and the new T3442 support are different. I would like to use a ford but seems impossible to find a good one. has anyone used the replacement type? the bevels are not the same. thanks Ken
It looks as if the vendor have mirrored the drawing...
The one for the low band (clutch) is opposite from the reverse and brakes ones, as pictured. The replacements work fine.
I got mine from Snyders as I remember and they worked fine. I would imagine they are made by the same supplier and all the vendors sell them.
The pic you show has the new one at a slightly different angle but since you compared them without the pic maybe there is a difference.
Try Bobs antique auto parts. Maybe he may have some originals.
Ken ; The left one is for the brake and reverse, and the right new one is for the Clutch pedal.

Very sorry for the mix up on my part.I pulled the wrong bag. thanks for the help. Ken
Those supports can be built up by welding very easily. It just takes a bit of weld and a dab of grinding. Just takes a few minutes. Dave
I found that the new cams are good quality, but the pedals are often worn to the point that the cams don't help much. So you can get a new cam, but the pedal needs to be welded up and ground down to make a nice fit again.
I just figure that while I'm at it, might as well weld up the original cam as well. Plus it saves some money. Works great every time!

I bought the clutch pedal support from Lang's and it made a big differance on my T. Holding up fine.
