I am at the point of nailing or screwing the sheet metal panels to the bottom of the wooden rails of my 21 Touring rebuild.
I would imagine Ford used tacks but not completely sure.
My 24 Coupe had small flathead wood screws every so often and they seemed to have been installed early in the cars life.
The tacs or nails had worked loose but the screws were what was actually holding things together.
What have you guys used?
The holes in the remains of the original panels of the 21 were small and look like small nails or tacks were used
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
