The Planetor Driveshaft/Transmission was apparently not a strong after-market product offering, and I have been able to locate very little related to the product or it's performance. Can anyone here indulge my curiosity as to tech-pub data and/or personal applications experience? Of equal interest are the shift and linkage components required
Regards.
Scott

I believe that was the trans where the internals were advertised to be stock Ford TT axle internal parts - thereby easily obtainable. I also believe the are a 50% under-drive. I have one here that appears to be nearly nos but I have never had it apart or installed it in anything.

Adam I have one for a TT still in the driveline, also one for a T, all apart as I recall, I'll have to look at it as I just copied all this info for my records

Roger and Adam: Many thanks for your courteous responses. Just getting back home after work travel, so please pardon this delay. I see these come up for sale from time to time, but have not heard of them being sought after, so reliability may be in question?
Regards,
Scott

I have one and it works great. Takes a bit of getting used to but it makes a real difference on those steep hills. Low is real low and is great for loading and unloading on the trailer and pulling tree stumps!
