Looks like the end of the rainbow is right on the K!!

Gas lights on the N
This was the coolest thing at the car show.
Nice pix, and just enough story to make it interesting.
What's it like to crank a six with its 120 degree TDC? I bet cranking like Milt is, could be a life changing experience if it kicked.
Once in awhile I would hand prop my Bellanca with six cylinder Franklin, and it was "different."
I dunno what it's like to crank it Ralph. I don't crank anything. Fiddle players with broken wrists usually watch from the sidelines after it heals -- if it ever does.
Stan,
Great pics. Would you please email me the one with Rosemary trying to fly (as her husband Milt looks on holding his "red solo cup" ). I'll try to get the pic into the Early Ford Registry newsletter coming out next week.
I'm ready to go back.......
Ralph,
Cranking the K (probably any six) is quite different. You are not able to get a full quarter crank as with a four cylinder, only a sixth of a turn. As a result you can't get much speed before hitting compression.
