I am thinking of making some lifting hooks.

This is what I am talking about:

I was considering using a I beam I have laying around.

I need it to stick out as seen in photo above.

I want measurements.

I would love to see more of what others have done.

Somewhere in the literature are the dimensions that Ford supplied to dealers for these. I have a set from an old dealership that were Smithy-forged from two Model T rear axles and some chain. I use them and they work well.
