Summit racing has a Griffin aluminum listed for a Model T - $569.39. Application says Model T, you would have to call the tech line to see it is correct for the car.

The one above looks like a street rod radiator - with the lower outlet on the right side it needs some modification to fit a Model T engine.
There are even cheaper ones for Chevy and Ford V8 engines available at ebay all the time.

I wonder if it would be practical to tig weld inlet & outlets in proper positions and solder a nickeled filler to such an alu rad and make it work on a real T?

i wondered about that myself. i have low temp aluminum welding rods that i think would make the task very easy. you could get one for a ford engine instead of a 350 and use the existing lower outlet. you could then either use two elbows and use the upper inlet or weld in a pipe in the normal position. then either use the existing filler or add a nickel one... just a thought.

One of those companies should make an aluminum radiator for a stock T. Some of us need an inexpensive alternative. Nothing against Brassworks or Bergs, they are nice radiators and I would buy one in a heartbeat if I had the extra coin to do so. We should see if there is enough interest to get one of those companies to produce a few.
