Ordered a new driven plate for my '22 a week ago, when it arrived they mistakenly sent a Trans.shaft instead. I called and spoke to a wonderful lady, who apologized up and down, and said they would send out the correct part and reimburse me for shipping the wrong part back. I didnt get around to sending the shaft back till today, but to my surprise, the driven plate was on my doorstep this afternoon....2 days after calling. They are a pleasure to deal with, admitted they sent the wrong part, and whomever they have answering their phones deserves high marks for customer service. Bobs has a future customer here!

Dealt with them for years Pat, you'll be hard pressed to find a better parts supplier in my opinion. Great folks to deal with.

I've dealt with them for about 5 years now.Always helpful and happy to see you. They also let you into the back rooms with used parts stacked in there.

Good :-)
Is the driven plate available new from Bob's, or was it a used part, new for you?

I've been dealing with Bobs since I was in my '20s. I miss Bob Sr., but Bob Jr. is a pleasure to deal with too. I was there a few months back, and roamed all over his store, and found some good stuff too.

He's at Chickasha most every year and always has a good selection of new and some used parts.
Good folks to deal with. I was needing a radiator support rod for my 21 wood firewall and he was the only one who had one at the time. Fast service for sure.

I've dealt with them since 1979/80. Always a pleasure.

Back in the day, I lived in Elgin Ill. and if I was looking for a left large drum axle housing and only found a small but the 'deal' was too good to pass up...buy the small call Sr.

Throw it in the trunk, run out to Rockford, even up exchange with choice of pile even...but I always came back with a trunk full of other stuff bought at retail...smart man! :-)
