Ran across a pinion gear while going thru parts today. It is an 11 tooth and marked Ford on the back but on top it is stamped 11-34. Appears to be the same ID and taper as a 10 tooth. Would this just be an 11 tooth? Have not tried to roll it around a ring gear yet.
11-40 is standard ratio. I have never heard of a 11-34. 10-40 is a non standard lower geared ratio. Perhaps someone with more knowledge will contribute.
