I need either an original or repro spark ring
and mounting insulators for a HCCT that has
the large Weston meter. Lacking this, even a
detailed drawing of the spark ring would
help so I could have a replacement machined.
I'm new here but have played with T's off and on
since early 70s. Started building my first one
my senior year in high school. Thanks in advance
for help on the HCCT. Dennis

I still have some of this style spark ring in aluminum or brass and are drilled for mounting. Would need to know the length of your stand off insulators. Mine are made of black delrin. Also have some crank arms and the wooden handles, as shown, or ones in aluminum. Bob

Call Bob Scherzer. He is who I was going to recommend to you.

Hi Ron,
Thanks for the offer to help on my HCCT. Due to
severe hearing loss I can't use the phone so I
sent you a PM.
Hi Bob,
I also sent you a PM.
Thank you both for the help. I really appreciate it. The form is great, wish I
had joined soon. Best regards, Dennis

Here is a wiring diagram for all HCCT's with the exception of the Weidenhoff unit.
Ron the Coilman
Hi Ron,
Thanks for the diagram. The wiring on my
HCCT was removed decades before I got it.
This makes it easy rather than trying to
figure it out. Excuse my typos in my last
posting--all thumbs today. Dennis
Hi Ron and Bob,
I send each of you a PM a couple days ago
but have received no replies. Am I doing
something wrong or does the PM process
work right? Let me know if you received
my messages.
Bob,
I would like to purchase a brass coil
spark ring with insulators and also
a point adjusting tool but need your
contact info.
Thanks, Dennis

My email address is modeltcoils@windstream.net. Upon receipt I can send you Bob S's email address.
There are indications PM'ing may not currently be fully reliable.

Hi Ron,
Thank you. I sent you an email.
