Peter,

I enjoyed the other thread with the Christmas cards and I am looking forward to the "card of the day".

Question for all you card collectors... Are there any Hanukkah cards? I have many Jewish friends and would like to send them something too.

This one has been around, but I like it.

I just saw the above card on another thread. Well, I said it's been around....

Here's one, however, that should be rare! We made this a long, long time ago. Most likely a violation of some obscure law.....
blown up from a $10 bill

I know the car looks more like the model A, but the card turned out pretty good.

Joe,

If I remember correctly the car on the old $10 bill is a 1919 Hupmobile.

Anybody else remember for sure?

I don't remember what make of car it was, I haven't seen a $10 bill since I joined this hobby!

The car is actually a Lincoln. The engraver did a poor job of detailing the slope of the front windshield. I saw a History Channel film on the story of the car.

$20 bills (out of an ATM) are called Yuppie Food Stamps.

Hmm, Yuppie is a old fashioned term now, isn't it?

I have the one Joe posted with the Christmas tree in the back seat. Same year car too. I also have the puzzle of same card, put it together and framed it. Pretty big too. I also put a tree in the back of my 14 to match the sentiment. The local paper picked up on it and put 'us' on the front page in 2007.
