Nobody ever mentions "Lizzies of the Field." There are a handful of Model Ts in this film, including a few speedsters.

You can see it on YouTube. Unfortunately, like most silent films shown today, it is projected at the wrong speed (too fast) so the scenes that were intentionally sped up when the film was originally made are now ridiculously fast and hard to follow.

The "Garage" with Buster Keaton and Fatty Arbuckle....fast forward by dragging the courser over to the 5:20 mark and see that T touring go out of the garage and then fall apart piece by piece all on its own!

You Tube clip is 7min.

I saw Paper Moon only a couple of nights ago. Something wasn't quite right about the T truck which appears in the last part of the movie. Not that it had 1926 pedals, but the way it was started and driven - the timing and throttle levers weren't used and the driver seemed to be reaching for a gear stick. Maybe it had a distributor with centrifugal advance, a foot throttle, and an accessory gearbox? The kid got the brake pedal right though.

Fred MacMurray in the absent minded professor. I think it was from 1960 or 61.

"Wings"! A model T speedster and Clara Bow driving a T ambulance.
One of my all time favorite movies. Definitely best on a big screen.
Drive carefully, and enjoy, W2

Steve, your pic reminded me of a thread from last year (?) where folks were posting pics of houses and scenes from old movies and what they looked like today. The house in that Laurel and Hardy pic you posted was one such location.

Sir Galahad '60's Elvis flick he's an aspiring boxer who finds a model T I think it was a '26 2 door sedan but it may have been a centredoor in a barn while he is in a far away training camp. Other than getting it running and painting it tomato soup red the details are hazy. haven't seen it in decades. cool movie though
