I once had a box of Christmas cards with that painting. I was moving them to a safer spot in the shop when the whole pack somehow slipped out of my RIGHT hand and arced around about 5 feet to my LEFT, where they all landed in a bucket of used oil. Of course I've never been able to replace them.

Lang's Folkart in Wisconsin used to carry them. I don't know if they still do or not. We bought several boxes and enjoyed using them as the Model T pictured reminds us of our '14 Touring.
