More like WWI, cars too new looking for WWII.

Was automobile production curtailed in WW 1?

The car looks too modern to be old enough to be old during WW 1.

Were people driving Model T's during WW 2?

The rear tires look low in air pressure and there is something that looks like a jack under the right front axle.

This would have been from WWII, as car production was not curtailed in WWI, the US was not even involved in the War until 1917, During WWII, getting a car was difficult, and the out dated model Ts would have been better than walking, heck, they still are:-)
Best
