I am restoring a 1924 Coupe and under the rear quarter panel windows on the inside there is a piece of metal that attaches to the bottom sill. I'm being told by my mentor that this piece run down to the sides of the seat, then had a projection which sticks out and curves around the back of the seat bottoms. They basically fill in the area between the seat bottom and the side wall. They are not just a flat piece of sheet metal. It was on Type I and II bodies made by Briggs for Ford. Can anyone provide me specs, pictures or the pieces?
I can't find them now but someone posted a few pictures of these panels a month or so ago. Hopefully someone with better search skills can come up with them.
David Sosnoski included pictures of the pieces in his posting yesterday: http://www.mtfca.com/discus/messages/257047/328149.html?1355689715
