You need to extract the files. Depending on the operating system you are using it can be done in several ways. Winzip is a program to use but it cost money now days. If you are using Windows 7 it has a extraction program built in. Windows XP will also extract files. You need to know what type of file extraction is required for the file you want to open. NOW, having said all this you can normally find a free extraction program on www.downloads.com for just about any type of file except encrypted files. They require their own for security purposes....Before you get frustrated try to right click on the file and see if the menu shows "extract" if it does then click on it. Look for "show extracted files" and click on that.

If you have a Mac with a newer operating system, it is automatic when you click on the file.

If you are still having problems, please supply your operating system and computer details.

In Windows just highlight the file you want and then click the right mouse key. You will see a menu that will have "Extract" in it. Click the left mouse key on Exrtact and follow the instructions..Fred
