What size punch is used to remove the pins holding the spark and throttle levers to spark and throttle rods? All I can find at the local ACE Hardware is 1/16 which is too small and 1/8 which is slightly too big.
3/32"?
Terry,
You may be able to use the smooth end of a 3/32" drill bit. Hold it with a vise grip.
Whatever you use they can be a bear to get out.
Jim
you can buy a high quality set of punches from hazard fright for like $8 not only does it have a 3/32" but many other sizes that are easily customized.
I say "high quality" in jest, but in reality these punches have held up surprisingly well.
