My '13 had worn our repro shackles, which I replaced with new repros. I see that the cross-drilled hole for oil only goes 1/2 way through to the center. As such, depending on which way they tilt, one set will accept oil and lube the bushing, and the other just holds oil in the brass oiler.
Question: Shouldn't these shackles be drilled all the way through (not length wise, but across from side to side)?
Thanks for any input.

Scott -- I drill mine on through for that very reason. (They're surprisingly easy to drill.) If you don't, the shackle on one side will not distribute the oil to the bushing.

Try switching from top to bottom and see if that works.
Larry -- That will work. But if you switch the two around that don't oil, then the oilers for them are more difficult to get to. The ones "under the car" are on the bottom instead of the top where they're easy to reach. It's easy to drill them, then you can install them all so they're easy to oil. (You need to drill them only once, but you need to oil them lots of times.)
