Recently acquired a Ruckstell axle with frame and wheels. I can't get the shift lever to move.
I jacked up the axle and tried to turn the wheels without much success. They will turn about 1/2 turn and sometime not at all. Anyone have any suggestions? Where can I find a assembly diagram of this axle in case I have to take it apart? Thanks,

Fred, I agree with Royce,buy the book. Read it and then tear that sucker down cause something is to tight and causing it to bind. Best find it now than 50 miles from home.
