Although not a T but still very cool. Shelby likes it. The wife doesn't know yet so keep it under your hat.
a 41 John? Schweeeeet
I'll bet she doesn't know about that second car that you bought yesterday either - the one that will fit in the back seat of that Caddy!
Maybe that's why Shelby likes the Caddy so much - he plans to use it to haul his new car to races at Road Atlanta! LOL!!!
Seth
If that back seat could talk, the stories it could tell...
Gary
Its a 47.
Seth,
Shhhhh I have to get them home first before I ask for forgiveness. We just need some ramps that fold out of the rear door to drive the Mini right in LOL
JS
Mum's the word!
As long as Shelby doesn't try to get you interested in a '51 Nash Ambassador, you'll probably be OK.
we dont need another nash after 3 Metros.
John
What a beauty.
Regards Colin
John, I'll trade ya one of my trucks for a speedster P-up and a metro :-)
Gary, I don't have the metros anymore, But I can have you a speedster p/u ready for you to pick up on Saturday.
JS
WOOHOO, e-mail sent John :-) Expect a call in the morning.
I am in Trouble!!! Another Non T auto finds a new home. 36 Chevy coupe with optional Bed.
JS
John, hide them in plain site. Then distract her. If they go unnoticed for two days, you can invoke the 48 hour rule. Once 48 hours have passed, you can just say "those old things, they've been there for ages" when she does notice them. It works in Garage Logic. http://www.am1500.com/gl/lexicon.shtml
Eric, I don't think that will work at John's place because his wife knows just about as much about the cars around there as John does. he would have a better chance saying Shelby brought it home. LOL
I can always say they are Chucks. LOL
JS
John that will work if i can do the same. between the 2 of use we need a 5 acre lot to display our toys.
Looks like a nice solid car John!!
I'll take that 36 Chevy off your hands!
I'll just move the Studebaker, Lincoln, Hudson, Silver Hawks (2), Gia and a couple of Model Ts over and it will fit right in.
You, guys are all very lucky, at my(ooops our house) we have the "one old man & one old car" rule, a rule written passed & enforced by a person with a memory which would make any elephants memory seem non-existant !!
