Is there a drawing for the crankcase alignment jig? I would like to build one and would prefer to use a drawing then use a block and transmission cover as a pattern.
Here is a link to a recent thread on the subject:

Does anyone have crankcase blue prints they could post here or email me?
I have been looking for a k r Wilson but think I need to build one as nothing has been forth coming.
Also does anyone have photos showing how the jig fixture castings Laings sell mount/are fitted.
Thanks...any plans or blue prints are appreciatively received
Bump!!

You can do it with a blueprint of the crankcase, available from BFR, and some reverse engineering. You will need a piece of 1 1/4" plate steel (or thicker). I made my own fixture attachments, the rear one is from a driven plate whose shaft was cut on its center line where it bolts to the table.
Thanks Jack-that looks good!
Bruce I have pan drawings, I'm having trouble getting them on this message board. Please e-mail 13timmy@telus.net and I
I can forward them to you Warren
