Joshua, I guess that is one way to do it. My two TT's had ball bearings installed down the shaft without cutting the driveshaft and that seems to work great. They both have been driven a good bit since the bearings were installed with no vibration or other problems.
Willie. Thanks for that. I should have it all boxed up in day or so. The hyatt is running in 140 straight gear oil, the top bearing is an Oilite top hat bush that I turned up.I will let you know how she drives Josh
