Found this on Craigslist just after it was posted, got lucky I was the first to respond. It was a complete frame off restoration in 1991 balanced and blueprinted engine. With very few miles sense restoration. Hasn't been started sense 2001 it was tucked away in a little garage in Woodstock, Ga. From 2001 until yesterday, it was a great deal at the listed price. But as I was looking at the car under, in, and around.... I said do you know where the shocks are someone left them off or took them off to rebuild them ?. The lady came down on the price again, so I paid her and loaded the car before she changed her mind..?
Check out the add, I don't know who the appraiser was but I don't want them appraising for me!
I unloaded the car when we got it home cleaned the points added fresh gas and battery it didn't turn over 10-12 turns and she was running! I drove the car the rest of the afternoon, it has zero rust with zero body filler surface rust only where pant has turned loose over the years.
They are still out there guys, just wish they all was this easy to find....

Nice car, great period colors, and especially for a '31 a very attractive price. Looks like it needs pretty much nothing in the body and cosmetics department, and if the mechanicals prove to be solid, this was a great buy on a car that will only go up in value as time passes.

Thanks Bernard I'm well pleased with it. I think your right it's a pretty popular car these days... I've always leaned towards the T's this is my first A hope they don't multiply like T's do.... Wink.

I am not fond of the later model As. But I hope you keep, drive, and enjoy that car for many years to come! Fantastic deals like that should only be for people that will keep and enjoy them. Congratulations!
Drive carefully, and DO enjoy! W2
