Will miss you friend! Hope they have Model "T"s up there. The service was today-5-18-2013.
Don will be missed by many who knew him. He had suffered for a couple years now. Yet he was far too young to go. I knew his dad years ago, and met Don a number of times. His family was always a good part of our local club.
Goodbye Don. RIP
We had cars in 3 movies together.
I talked to him a lot. I knew him before the movies though.
He ran his '13 Studebaker speedster in several Endurance Runs.
His collection includes a '26 touring. I have driven it a few times. also a '15 touring.
His family still has the '13 T that his father came home from the hospital in when he was born in Berkeley, Ca.
He had a nice family. Nice guy.
Nice guy.
I didn't know Don , he was after me, I went to school in Hollister from 1939 to 1945.If he was from there and had had Ts he must have been a great person.
Bob
I am quite sure Don went to school in Santa Clara, maybe San Jose but not Hollister.
He lived at Tres Pinos, I think, which is just south of Hollister.
