Quite interesting. We once owned a 1922 Dort sedan. It's now "back home" in a museum in MI. Thanks for posting.
Since this thread is about other makes of cars, I'll mention the Auburn-Cord-Deusenberg Museum in Auburn, Indiana. It's in an old Art Deco Auburn dealership building, and it'll blow you away. (Anyway it did me.) One reason I mention it is because it's not far from Dearborn. I was on my way to Dearborn a couple of years ago and went right by it. Fortunately there are signs and billboards telling about it; I stopped by on my way back, and I'm glad I did.
They have an ACD meet at the museum, in September I think. It must be quite a sight when all those Auburns, Cords, and Duesies show up.
