No. After the 1914 cars, Ford didn't supply speedometers. BUT, there were aftermarket ones that many people used. Today you have four choices for your 1920 Ford:

1 Go without;

2 Invest a grand or thereabouts in a period accessory speedometer;

3 Go to a bike shop and spend around $20 for a Cat Eye bicycle speedometer;

4 Get a GPS unit.

If you want to go with #2, consult with Russ Furstnow. He's the speedometer expert.
