I think its a model A, but you're the experts.

Model A after market. Most of these pot metal carbs are prone to warping both at the mounting flange and where the two half's join. If it's a Tilitson you can get parts. If it's not, best you can do is get a set of gaskets for it. If you are having problems with it and what to use a similar type carb, I suggest you get a Model A Zenith. Parts for them are easy to get and are not to hard to re-jet if needed. You might also ask at Fordbarn.com in the Model A section.
